1.1 This service provides Container Cloud Platform with IPv6 Load Balancer and Auto-Scaling for business and personal use.

1.2 The service is intended for customers to deploy their own container applications, create isolated namespaces for each project, and use IPv6 Load Balancer with auto-scaling for lawful applications.

2.1 The service provider does not guarantee that Container Cloud Platform will work 100% of the time. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, system upgrades, or force majeure events.

2.2 The user understands and accepts that the service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the user is found to be using the service illegally or impacting the system.

2.3 IPv6 Load Balancer may change IPs without prior notice if IPs have security issues or are reported by upstream providers.

3.1 The user is solely responsible for the use of Container Cloud Platform and must use it in accordance with applicable laws.

3.2 The user agrees not to use the service for:

4.1 The service provider is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this service.

4.2 The service provider is not responsible for any user actions that violate Thai or other relevant laws.

5.1 The service provider reserves the right to amend or change this agreement at any time. The changes will be effective immediately upon announcement.

5.2 If any part of this agreement is found to be illegal or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the validity of the other parts of the agreement shall not be affected.
